not reccording a scheduled show

sorry sub, i really thought i've done my best, but you're right, it's now also not clear in my mind, because as you said: "record more shows with äöü" and tell whats happen i can say: all shows were recorded after our last email conference......
But one error is really an error: The character ' in a Titel and recording never starts. But this error is fixed as you told me lately

Just a shot in the dark: I guess its a problem with the XML file and language options configured on the HTPC desktop......

A user from sweden told:
record a show called "vänner" and also told us "windows xp english".....
I have a german XML file with äöü included and an english Windows 2000 with german language set. And it works with "äöü" recordings (now...knock on wood )

But perhaps windows xp english with swedish language and swedish XML tvguide.....

Again, just a shot in the dark.....

Yes I have fixed the situation with the ' character (as in: Oliver's twist).

I have the similar situation. Manual recording is fine. But there is no recorded file using the TV Guide. Everything looks OK: RECORDINGS says 'Recording' and the tuner is not available for LIVE TV.

My config:English WinXP, Norwegian Regional Settings, Direct Recording Plugin

I have the same problem as above, If I can get Subs e-mail, I will mail him the xmltv-file plus screenshots, dockuments etc. Any thing he ask for.

There is another thread going about 'XMLTV feed in Denmark' (http://gbpvr.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=2;t=164). Like many scandinavians I am using the O2GRABBER, but replacing '+0100' with '+01:00' (+ running 'Update EPG' in the GB-PVR Configuration utility) has no effect.
