Small bug in deleting recordings

This is just a minor annoyance, but I find that the Comskip files for a recording are not deleted when the recording is deleted. They must be deleted manually.

The version of comskip released after the last GB-PVR release has started creating additional files. I was not to know this was going to happen. GB-PVR will delete the .txt file only.

I think the creation of the extra files can be controlled in the ComSkip.ini file.

I'm using ComSkip v.63 and if you change verbose=1 to verbose=0 in the comskip.ini file it should only create the .txt file. Which GBPVR should delete when you delete the recording.
