transcoding wmv

so I have tried playing a wmv on my mvp. No luck. So I called trans2mvp wmv mpg

the output was

Does not look promising.

This is normal, and nothing to worry about. I dont know why, but I think its generated by the mainconcept encoder. I think there developers left in a few "printf's"...

That log looks ok to me. I suspect though that using the ffdshow filter to decode WMV files is causing your problem. Here's my output below. Notice mine is using the normal Microsoft WMV decoder.
