The comskip 0.77 default ini file has default the mpgtx output format enabled.
This does not make sense for most users so, unless you want to run mpgtx without comclean (you don't if you don't know what this means) please change the to the following setting in comskip.ini
output_mpgtx=0
This will effectively stops comskip from creating the .bat file, so sub does not have to add .bat to the default files to delete :o
