VAPanel Error

Can someone help explain what the following errors mean and how to correct them. I can not get the VApanel to display anything in the latest release 94.13 (it was working in the prior release).

What skin are you using? It looks like the video archiver plug-in is having problems loading. Make sure that you have a file called VApanel.xml in the panels sub directory. If you don't, try copying the one from the blue skin.

At home I'm using the Xmedia skin. So I will check that when I get a chance. I just installed gbpvr on a clean machine (never had gbpvr before today). The only thing I did was install gbpvr, the weather plugin, and video archive plugin.

Running with the default Blue skin.

I don't see the weather data on the main screen either.

The only error I get now is the following:

So here is an update:

On the clean install I was able to get the stock ticker running from the screen saver (still does not show up on the main screen).

When I disable everything except for the weather panel, nothing shows up except for the time display.

Yet another update. I redownloaded the weather plugin using the zip file instead of the installer.

This time winzip told me that the GBPVRCommonUtilities could not be replaced due to sharing problems. I then went and shutdown the recording service and tray. unziped the files successfully. Went in the config and confirmed again that everything was set.

Now on the screen saver I get the weather information. Still does not show up on the main window however.

I don't think the standard blue skin uses the VA panel. At least i don't see it listed on there anywhere.
