Vista sleeps then wakes..

anyone experienced vista sleeping and waking straight away?

happens on my media PC (asus M2NPV-VM board) but I use XP for GBPVR but if i wanted to upgrade to vista, this would be annoying.

i tried the workaround disabling 'allow this device to wake' with no effect..

is fixed by doing this for the asus M2NPV-VM board anyway, have tested.
