Unhandled Exception: file name too long (idiots at pbs made it super long)

So, I get an unhandled exception error when clicking on show titled "Can We Talk Moving from Discord to Dialogue - Incivility in the 2016 Election Campaign What Can the Media Do About It".  Obviously, stupid how this epg entry was entered into the scheduledirect's guide data.  I can see why it throws exception as limits are probably in place for reasonable length filenames.  My question is how do I get rid of the entry on the recordings page.  If I delete file, the entry persists.  I even went into npvr internal folders to try and remove it.  It persists and has for a month despite my best efforts.  Is there a way to reset list of recordings in nextpvr 4.x (last version recommended for windows)??  I am probably intermediate in the world of windows pvr solutions with some programming experience so if you have any ideas let me know.  I am thinking of just nuking my install and reconfigure everything again but seems like overkill to do so.  I have backed up my recordings list so could probably nuke without too much effort if I need to do so.  Finally, is it possible to run batch processing on epg data from schedules direct to "check it for long filenames, missing info, etc."?

V5 runs fine on Windows, better in many way.

You many need to use sqlite3 to clean that out
