Yeah devices.logs does indicate you have some support. Sub will have to say why you can't tune them.

He was instead trying to provide you a work around to get it working by reusing bits of NextPVR v4 etc. If you have got remote machine that I could have access to over the next few weeks, and can PM me some connection details, I could see if I can get it working.

Hi, just wanted to switch from TV Mosaic to next pvr but got stuck on a similar problem.
I'm using Cine S2 and just updated to the newest drivers. Are there any news on CI support? Greets, Achim_M

Do you still need access to a machine with Digital Devices Tuners + CI or is that sorted for you? If there's still interest in that, I might see if I can help you out. Given I'm in a similar situation with TVMosaic of course having stopped business and with Digital Devices Tuners and on a cable-network which using CI modules (VodafoneZiggo in NL). It would be nice to have some other program, which could continue the work.

I did get access to a machine, but I was having issues with device (prior to even looking at NextPVR). It would be interesting to see if your device behaves that same way, so if you could arrange temporary remote access for me, it'd be useful to take a look.

I believe that might actually have to do with DigitalDevice's Control Center. Yes, these cards come with user adjustable configuration! There's mostly 2 things that can be configured: What tuners (dvb-t/dvb-c/dvb-c2 etc etc) are visible (Yeay for no way of removing found devices?) and how Common Interfaces are "Assigned" within the drivers. What I noticed pretty quick is that NextPVR really does not like the tuners when they are assigned to a Common Interface using the drivers. When a tuner has a Common Interface assigned to it, NextPVR cannot even do a scan with that tuner. What you saw yesterday in my machine was unassigned tuners. No Cam work was being done by the drivers. I do recommend looking in "DDControlCenter" in the setup, when I've set up everything for you. As agreed upon I'll setup everything to grant you unassisted access before the weekend for better testing. Hopefully I can get that all done for you. I could also provide you with the same setup in Ubuntu (minimal setup; no desktop/SSH), in case you would want to mess with the tuners in linux! Additional info that I can post in public. For setting up my TVs my cable provider (Ziggo) supplies me with the following settings: Frequentie: 47400, 474000 of 474 Netwerk-ID: 5555 of 05555 (Only FTA would be: 4444 or 04444) Modulatie: 64-QAM Symboolsnelheid: 6875 All SD channels marked "Kabel TV" in this list should work already. Some HD-channel will also work without CI-support. For more HD channels and all channels marked "TV Standaard" my CI card will give access. For yet more channels I would need to subscribe for those channel packages. Using TVMosaic, this setup is able to descramble 4 channels at the same time! (Oh and scanning is a pain in the ass, it doesn't really want to pick up everything it seems. The most recent overview I can find for all channels is this one)

Probably that's the reason why I can't tune with NextPVR my DD-Card. All my tuners are assigned to a CAM-Modul .... NextPVR recognises the Cards, but tuning does not work.
