The Desktop still doesn't like HD channels, it starts to play then stops and carries on like that.

Thanks, gave it a try but no better, turns out the desktop app "stutters' while viewing any live channel ( SD or HD) TBH I rarely use the desktop app, usually use the Web app, so not a major deal but it is annoying that it doesn't work.

does it do this playing a recording? If so, please supply a sample recording that shows the problem, and I’ll check it out.
