Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

When I try to watch many channels in the browser I get the message: Streaming Failed (transcoder exited). I also tried in Kodi and many channels did not work there either. Can you investigate what may be happening? See attached logs.

LIkely DNS configuration error with many of the redirected URL's.

---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x00002AF9): No such host is known.

I changed the DNS from 9.9.9.9 to 8.8.8.8 on the NextPVR server and now most channels are working. Thanks!

I have a basic question. To load the channels into NextPVR, I went to Devices and used the Import using XC function. But now I'm not sure how to add additional channels. Can you provide the steps to do that?

If you don't have consistent streams xc is not a good solution. It is possible to get the m3u from an xc based service and you should try to find that.
