sylv - you playlist wasn't "valid" and i was checking for the existence of "EXTM3U" at the top. I've got rid of this now.

And htv, I played around with a couple of different configs with songs and hopefully it should get it right now.

erDinger, also what version of GBPVR are you on, the CheckCompositeImage method was added about 95.16 I think and I make use of it.

Psycik,

I've installed your modified version and it works fine now. Thanks a lot for your help. I can now enjoy my digitized music from my audio system in my living room via the MVP.

Regarding the playlist format, I am surprised you say it was invalid. I've created it with Musimatch and it played fine from other players like Winamp.

Thanks again!

Valid is the sense that all the others I'd seen (which was not much at all), had extm3u at the top. And so I had coded a check to find that string. MusicMatch doesn't seem to do that.

I should actually go looking for a proper specification.

I'm glad it all works anyway.

I just installed MusicLibrary2 and am enjoying it.

I'm having one problem. When I create a playlist I can't seem to save it. When I hit the yellow button a keyboard appears but I'm not sure what to do next. I've tried using that keyboard with the cursor (for example by clicking Folk1 [enter]) and I've tried using the actual keyboard but no saved playlist appears. What am I doing wrong?

I'm using release 96.12 with the "old" version of MusicLibrary2.

that should work. When you press [enter] that is navigating to the enter button and pressing ok?? And the onScreen Keyboard goes away??

Failing that, can you post one of the gbpvr.exe.log files....trouble is, if I find anything, I've already moved on to a .Net2 version that needs 97.7 to run.

I get no screen prompt when I press [ENTER} and the Onscreen Keyboard does not go away.

I've attached the gbpvr.exe log.

Ahh, ok, use the arrow keys to move the "cursor" over to the "enter key" then press the ok. That should make the onscreen keyboard go away and save the playlist.

If you press Escape (which should get rid of the keyboard) it doesn't save.
