I schedule a manual record thru webadmin
After specified the start time and end time and click "record" button, it just closed the "record" windows and then I back to "manage recordings" and saw nothing is pending.

Anything wrong ?

great job on the streamer integration, thanks!

I have a question: is there any way to have two different configurations?

I ask because I have a pda that i use to access the web admin, but i also schedule/manage all of my recordings from a desktop using the web admin. The ewa works much better on the pda with the blank skin, while i like to use the grey skin for viewing on my desktop.

I could either have a different config file that is opened when i log on with an addition in the url (http://localhost:1234/gbpvr/guide.aspx?config=pda.ini)
or have a full second copy of the web admin folder (http://localhost:1234/gbpvr/pda/guide.aspx)

Is this something that could be accomplished? Thanks!

Build 42 has been released.

It is a simple maintenance fix to correct a Windows Media browser plugin problem when using IE.

I am confused. Is the 'star rating' something provided by Web Admin or could it be brought in by a plugin I have?

I am envisioning a search feature that lets me add rate as a sort criteria. That way, I could search by movie genre and sort by rating. That would GREATLY speed the time it takes to select what to record for the week. Now if I could just remember what I have already recorded... ;-)

In comparing the star ratings to their score in IMDB I find that they don't correspond as much as I would have expected. For instance, Equilibrium is 7.7 in IMDB and 2 stars in the guide.

The star rating is provided through the Zap2it EPG itself. It is part of the listings that are downloaded.

Integrating the rating in the search is possible but it would only work for those users that are using ZapTools since the star rating is stored in the extended data that ZapTools lets you get rather than what is available in the native GBPVR EPG source.

If you are not using ZapTools you will not have start rating available.

Is there any messages in the log file from the web admin.....

Look in this directory:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\gbpvr

For a subfolder that contains the gbpvrpublic.dll.....there should be a file in there that ends with .log. See if any error mesages are cropping up.

Let me know.
