UJB,
me Wrote:Hopefully sub has solved this inthe next version, but I notice there is a ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll in C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr and another in C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\web\bin. The first is v0.5.0.0 and the second 0.84.0.0. I use EWA so maybe that installed the second. Its not something I've changed for the new release. I've always used v0.5.0.0. sub Wrote:If some other plugin is starting to use this DLL, then they should use the same version that is included with the GB-PVR rather than make me change GB-PVR. http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...stcount=37 Cheers k.

If you are accessing from another PC you should not use the localhost....you either need to change it to the IP of the machine that is hosting gbpvr or the PC name.....and make sure you have your port open on your firewall on the GBPVR pc.

Thanks, the firewall bit lit the lightbulb above my head. Damned windows XP enabling it again, it really upsets me the way it decides it knows the security policies I wish to enforce. Thanks once again.

Referring to my previous posts (original error, description) I am convinced EWA doesn't like "Quotation Marks" in the show name when scheduling a recording.
This is the second instance and the common denominator is those quotes. I can perhaps try and snip them from my xml using post-processing by my grabber TVXB, but if EWA has a simple fix, that'd be great. Cheers k.
