No where, Linux scanning needs conf files for DVB

No one bothered with my thread on trying to improving this but I will attach the conf file from flysat (your preferred source) this is filtered for FTA and Europe.  As noted above I can create one based on bouquet and region if you want something filtered further as I mentioned earlier

I also have can convert an ini to conf file, but I like filtering out the African channels.

Note I can't test these so my utility might need tweaking.

I've no interest in the African channels as they are not reachable here. Where do I drop that file you attached in order for NPVR to access it.

No short fuse.

Still no sign of 7 day EPG after scanning and auto mapping channels. Answer to earlier question is On the Settings->Channels screen, it shows the EPG source for these channels as Freesat. Latest log attached if it's of any use.

Logs always help. Was the generated INI file OK? I was think of packaging it with the deb installer and LE

Also maybe try and restart the service just in case something isn't loaded after a scan.

I’ve done nothing but restart NPVR. You say unfortunately the tuning plan loaded for you instead of crashing. What relevance is that here. Sub asked for the NPVR.3db which I supplied so let’s see what he comes back with.

I loaded your database into Linux and Windows and then it proceeded to process the test full muxes that I have instead. The logic should be the same up to that point of creating tuning plan.

I wanted to confirm that the issue wasn't caused by scanning and doing an immediate EPG update. That has been a problem before.

Yesterday you attached a .conf file from Flysat. Not sure what it was supposed to be but it wasn’t a full list of know working active muxes on Astra 28.2 covering the British Isles and Europe. The key to getting this matter sorted out will be getting a properly collated mux file of Astra 28.2 and not bits of a working mux file. I attached a .ini file earlier in this post of a fully active and working mux list for Astra 28.2 which I can clearly test here.
