Finished making the intaller and SkinPlugin changes required for the HD/WS name change - probably worth a sanity check before we go public.
Also added a new theme with Matte options for MVP use.

I was thinking we can unleash the hounds. I don't think there is anything pressing that is holding it back.

Looks good. May be worth making the WS screenshots fit the same overall width as the SD screenshots, on non-widescreen / lower resolution monitors they take up two rows and look poor.
