What problem are you having exactly?
Hi Sub - I posted a reply yesterday but it's not here so let me try again. I still have two issues but the main one deals with the low signal level reported. Here are the details:
Weak signal on the digital mapping scan - if you do a scan for digital stations with the base software (V0.99.12) I get no channels found even thought ONAIR GT reports a strength of 32-33 db for all the cable channels. The reported fixes for this problem (PsiParser.AX and NativeUtilities.exe patches you made) on forum pages 3-5, they do appear to fix my problem of the scan while you are in the configuration mode but don't work correctly with the latest software version and cause it to crash (Problem is with PsiParser.ax file), so you must back this file out if installed just to get the software to run at all. I can sort of fix the problem with ONAIR-InitMode patch (that patch includes a new NativeUtilities.exe but does not deal with the PsiParser file) from Ryan of Autumnwave, but the signal is still weaker than if I could use your PsiParser.ax patch. With the ONAIR patch in and the system running, I can tune the stations but they will come and go with a signal - quality meter showing on the black screen which on occasion has caused the system to crash. I've monitored the cable signal strenght using the ONAIR meter to see if there is a big swing on the strength side but it's real solid in the high -32 to -33 dp range for all of the stations and no flux observed.
Second problem is sporadic recordings - I alway create the file but at times I have a file with data and others without. I'm thinking this maybe related to the signal issue about. I've tried using different MUX but they all appear to have this same issue. It will work one time and then not the next.
Got any suggestions?
