C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\plugins\NextEnd\NextEnd.exe --oid 256407672

to see if it starts.

ctrl-c to exit.

It's good in that it is going to the database and running, but my mistake is the recording oid should be 71120

You can test with the event oid too --eventoid 256401043

This is good. Assuming you have ParallelProcessing set up this is the command that it will run.
