Hey Sub,
the linksys router is doing the DHCP allocation. It looks like the mvp is getting an ip address. Though the router does not list it in its DHCP table, there is something hanging off the next IP address.
I'm wondering do i need to open ports for the ones listed off shspvr.com (5906, 6337, etc.) I'll try tomorrow with it and run netstat and see if there is anything happening.
Does anyone one know the there is the win32 equivalent of the unix app called snoop? Would be good to have a packet sniffing app to see what is happening - not sure what there is on windows,
Oh, yeah, i have not even tried GBPVR yet. Thought i'd try adn get the hauppauge stuff working first.
