AM has been updated to remove the Colors only restriction on plugin backgrounds.

The update is in the wiki.

[SIZE="2"]Note to skinners, consider using skin effects for static skin elements such as title bars, large rectangles for insets, etc. In the long run, skin effects will usually serve you and your user better.[/SIZE]

Now there are separate buttons for Task Image visibility and Panels.
