weather plugin does not work with Celcius

I used to maintain both a zip and a setup, but it a pain to do both, so I opted for just the setup version.

Jeff... just to let you know I did get this working then I had a prob and have started again and its disapeared.

Not sure but I think the first time had to do with a reboot which I know should not have been needed.... I could be wrong.

In your next version is it possible to have a default for either c or f ?

EDIT I also installed this if thats any help ?
EDIT Again - Fixed - added a couple of dlls( the common ones ) and raised the weather entry above exit... sussed
