Many, many thanks Fatman_do
I've got it working smooth now.

I noticed that replacing the main section (in your guide) you also replace the first SetOutPath, so the first files will not be copied to the right place.

Thanks for the tip on copy the Font
Best Regards

You can try the installer....if you want to, and see how it works.

Good luck two you guys who want to do it this way. There is another way which is easy. Another way is to have WinRAR to the installing updating.

I going to release a small Xtool which I use before I send up a file. What it does is take out all the excess junk stuff out of the skin folder for the skin that you use, and cuts the size by 50%.

I have looked into winrar, but I needed something with better compression.
(.Rar files have good compression but is not a common format, a Rar-SFX volume is decent, but not as good as I had found with LZMA solid compression).

There is nothing wrong with winrar for installing for most situations. I used to use a .zip file that was converted to a SFX volume. Before the zip process, I ran a batch file that deleted all thumbs.db and .bak files so there was no junk in the .zip file. (I am talking a whopping 30MB uncompressed, a ton of images)

30MB that's lot for the MVP to swallow up since it only has 32MB for Memory. But I guess you know what you're doing. You and Mixy seem to be getting better at it with your skin themes, very fancy stuff.. Still like it keep it neat looking and functional. I know that the MCE has been model again and again in your themes..
