it requires so much bandwidth because of the way he updates the osd and also for MVP timeshift startup speed... [so we can see the progress slider,etc]
i still think that it could be optimised but i don't know what kind of structures there are..even just hair more would mean no more problems as it's just under what is usable...2800 works now, but 3000 or 3500 would rock..
but that's only on in-progress recordings..
everything else plays fine if you let it finish first...no bandwidth issues otherwise..so just affects live tv timeshifts..[or playing a recording in progress]
so really not a big deal..jsut set the livetv profile to something that works on your network, and you're set..
live tv on the main machine will remain unaffected..[not using timeshift]
