Weather Plugin never shows in Config or Menu

As a last resort you could

• Remove all files from the plugins directory and save elswhere
  
• Remove and save CommonGBPVRUtilities.dll
  
• Download and install the Plain Jane skin.
  

The PJ installation program will also install tested versions of CommonGBPVRUtilities, Weather, Video Archive, Theater, News, Appearance Manager, and various panels.

You don't have to use Jane.

No. In fact the installation will not change your selected skin.

You will need to use the config program to arrange and select the plugins. Remember, you need to click on the plugin name to select it, clicking on the checkbox may not work.

The weather plugin installer will give you what is needed for blue.
