Thank you. It turns out that my problem was compounded by the fact that the "VolumeMonitor.dll" file was downloaded into a"....gbpvr\plugins\plugins directory". I am not sure why my download created an extra subdirectory but once I moved the file to ""....gbpvr\plugins" it worked perfectly.

I was also able to get the Volume OSD display that comes with the GBPVR to work using the blue screen but not the community skin. I think I read that it does work with the community skin; it's just that I am still missing some key setting. However, it is not a problem since I was able to get the other volume OSD to work.
