Can you zip and attach your logs now that you've made that change?

(I'm about to go out though)

sorry missed your message, went out myself Wink

did a reinstall of gb-pvr - then edited the bda.ini adding those new lines, this time it detected the 'type2' version ok, again whilst scanning for channels it fonds them ok and displays them in the preview box.
Again when opening pvrx2 channels all show in list sig strength = about 80% and quality dhows as zero. No image or sound displayed.

Sorry for the late posting here. I've recreated the problem and hopefully the logs files are attached (I'm new to this log attachment thing!).

Put simply, I removed the old capture card and added the new 'type 2' card (HVR 1110). It scanned as before, even updates the EPG. Live TV however gives the lack of signal. Strength at around 80% and no quality. Usually it's strength at around 10% and quality up to 100%.

Thanks for all your help!

OK, cheers for trying. It's clearly something to do with that particular card. I'll have a look around and see if there's anything weird.

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem with my HVR 1100 : scan OK, but black screen on LiveTV.
All is good with Hauppage softwares.
Any idea ?
Thanks

Hi

Sorry to bump an old thread but I've just got a HVR-1100 (really a 1110) and am having exactly the same problem. Has anyone been able to resolve this yet?

Thanks.

Sorry Cheesy,

I have to admit I gave up within a couple of hours and rolled back the previous version which worked perfectly.

I'm just sitting out this release and getting to grips with the ins and outs of the software.

Thanks wharrad. Which version did you go back to? I downloaded v1.0.8 but didn't have the will power left to install and try it.

Thanks to sub for all his hard work... The software's moving in the right direction and is great, I will be keeping up soon!
