<BDAUsePsiParser> is "true" by default in config, since this component is responsible for doing channel scans, reading the EPG etc. You wouldnt have had these things working without that, even in v0.98.8.

the first install was something like 0.95.xx with an PVR350 & xmltv epg, after that always updated & switched rec source with DVB-T & DVB-EPG sometime during may 2006... might that here http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post102621 be the cause of that setting? anyway, it doesn't really matter as it's working again
 might be usefull to throw an error in the logs something like "DVB-EPG source without BDAUsePsiParser disabled" in such a case sub Wrote:Yep, what he said. curiosity killed the cat
