That said, sub has already documented the damn thing a hundred times here in the forum. So if someone wanted to gather the info from this forum and write a wiki page, I'd love to watch them pull their hair out....

I've written quite a few pages with intent of capturing a tidbit and storing it in an easily accessible location.
