new capture dev, black screen, no sound

That was taken by remote accessing one of the (two equally named) graphs that showed up when doing "remote graph".

Hmm, ok that graph looks fine. I suspected the path might be broken somewhere around the multidec filter. Let me think about it a bit more.

Sure. No rush. As long as I can't use the multidec with more than one tuner, I won't be able to use the t-500 anyway Wink

Plus, I'll probably have to get a new antenna first, too.

I hadnt really put any thought into it. I have the memory of a goldfish. If I'm not reminded about something then I forget it in about a day.

I dont know if it'll help or not, but can you try deregistering your existing mdapifilter.ax file, and replacing it with the attached version, then reregistering it? Its a slightly updated version of this filter, and it might behave differently. The enclosed FFDecsa_64_MMX.dll also needs to be in the gbpvr directory for this version to work.

I haven't had the time to look into this yet. Would I still have to use the attached files, or are they included in version 1.x?

I have the same card and the same problem!

I tried the new mdapi filter, but no change. What can we do? Is the problem with the Nova 500-T card only. Will it work better with another brand? (I know the limitations with mdapi and > 1 streams).

Btw, I have made another thread (earlier) with my logs included.
