well, the utility you mentioned reports

Intervideo Video decoder 4.0.11.268
Dvico MPEG2 Video decoder 2.0.0.0
Zulu decoders of various types HDTV DIVX DVD

Im already suspecting Im missing something here..
Where is the best spot to source the optimal decoders?

Just load and register em?
cheers

"mpv" seems to be the best free one

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPV_Decoder.htm

although im using cyberlink one at the moment its pretty good
nvidia pure videois good if you have the horse power( i use this on my main pc)

yeah download and register

in config under playback try not having any of those settings set as default its better to choose something

and for live tv there is also the encoder pass through setting try changing that

Thanks stustunz... jittering solved. cyberlink 7 does the job nicely.
Also :
- I am into the extra speed afforded bu 1.0.8. getting live tv up is much faster
- channel changes are a bit quicker too.
- not getting the channel locking on change I was getting prev with dvico dual 4
- but I am looking fwd to getting net radio back in the menus in next release.

** good job sub. **
