Do you think it could pssibly be that I just installed it over the previous version? I downloaded the latest version becaue with the version that I previously had installed, the guide was not working. I came to the site because I know there was a new version out so I downloaded it thinking it would solve the guide problems but in tunr it gave me another problem with the video not showing. The previous version I had was a v0.9.x so it was pretty old. Downloading the new version fixedthe guide problems somewhat. I get guide data but the channel name and number do not show up next the the program names. Should I have uninstalled the pervious version of gbpvr prior to installing the latest one? Thanks.

I'm not really sure.

What video card do you have?

Does GBPVR.exe work for you when the video renderer is set to VMR9 Custom in the Config app?

I just checked the WinTV PVR USB2 in my lounge PC and it seems to be working ok.

Thanks for replying. My video cad is a Nvidia Geforce MX 440 card with 128MB of VRAM. gbpvr.exe works for me perfectly. The channel names and numbers are not cut off in the guide and live tv works perfectly too. I get both audio nad vieo with mpa and mpv decoders and WMR9. Thanks.

Sorry I forgot to check to see if gbpvr.exe works when the video renderer is set to WMR 9 custom in the config app. I won't be back to the comuter with gbpvr and the hauppauge tv card in a week or two. Is ther a way I can save this topic for when I come back to that computer? Thanks.
