I tried restarting the computer with no gbpvr related files open adn still no luch. I then moved the file in question to a different directory and then copied the new file into the directory. As far as I can tell, I have the correct patch. However, I still get error 401. I tried to provide a picture but it just wouldn't work. I still have the regular zap2it listings until Sept 14th so I am not in a rush.Right mouse click the GB-PVR icon in your system tray and select "Close". Browse to the devnz\gbpvr folder and run the stop.bat file located there. This will stop the Recording service and allow you to apply the patch. Run devnz\gbpvr\GBPVRTray.exe to restart everything.
btw, I had no problem installing the new version 1.016 and both the old and the new versions work on my TV on the second monitor just as I want it. The picture is also a lot crisper so thanks.
It is likely posted elsewhere but Schedules direct is taking all applications now but you can wait if you are uncomforable with the terms of use and licensing agreement and want to wait for an improved version,
