That was going to be my last resort, to record while playing. But came across this by accident, videoredo http://www.videoredo.com and it has a function quickstreamfix. And it worked. Proper timeline, and still in sync. (By the way I just ripped Pirates of the Caribbean - the normal way with no isssues at all - just the cars one. Soon going to try "happy feet") *edit* haha Pirates 2 - failed out of sync blah blah *sigh*
