I also found this version of ScanChannelBDA on the Hauppauge forum - UK users don't need to type in (or even know) their mux frequencies. I don't know if it would work for Sweden but there are 2 Europe options in the menu.

Actually, that's the version I use, I just couldn't find it when I posted the link, so i assumed they had moved to the link I posted. The only problem about scanning without entering the frequencies is it takes forever.

It's a great tool for adjusting the antenna position. Just bring your laptop to the roof Smile

I'd put a post on the UK Hauppague board if you get any aggro from PCW - they can handle warranty returns fairly well and are a good bunch. (sent me a low profile bracket FOC for the Nova-T-500)

Good idea - I posted my logs last night - no reply as yet though. I guess we are spoiled by the speedy response on this forum.

I don't really expect any problems with PCW - not with the stuff I've learned since joining this forum... Big Grin

Problem resolved - PCW replaced card - absolutely no quibble Wink

I have a Nove 500-T card and have no such issues. Both tuners tune in fine even though my antenna signal isn't top notch.

Sounds like a warranty thing.
