Currently I have 4 capture sources configured for a single Hauppauge HVR-2250 card. I have an Analog and Digital source configured for Capture Card #1 and an Analog and Digital source configured for Capture Card #2. My understanding is I should be able to record 2 shows at the same time. Either 2 Analog channels, 2 Digital channels or 1 of each. Is this correct ? I'm getting failed recordings pretty often.

I have attached the logs. The Battle of the Supercars at 10:00pm and George Lopez at 10:30 both failed. I think I might have the capture card configured incorrectly but I'm not sure. I have a few failed recordings about 1 out of 5 recordings. Also, I have seen the GBPVR tray report it's recording something after the recording has already finished. For example, Nikita finished recording successfully at 10:00pm but the tray shows it as "Recording". Seems there is a disconnect someplace.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I've been doing more testing and it looks like recordings are finishing but GBPVR doesn't know it. They still show up in the GBPVR Tray as recording but the GBPVR interface shows them as finished. GBPVR tries to record the next show using that tuner and the new show fails.

It happened again. Supernatural was ending at 10:02 taking into account the padding. George Lopez was starting at 9:59. George Lopez shouldn't have been scheduled on Tuner 1 but it was. Once it gets to this point the only thing I can do to fix it is to reboot. Restarting the recording service has no affect.
