My GBPVR server & client specs are listed below - I think they're a bit above minimum for CPU and memory and bare minimum for video output. (The ATI Radeon Xpress X200 Mobile is about the same as an ATI 9200SE/nVidia 6100 according to Tom's Hardware Guide.) The client is running PVRX2 (I haven't upgraded to 1.01.05 yet), still SD video. I don't play live TV, though, and I'd think you'd need a beefier CPU and video card for live streaming.
