jksmurf Wrote:Ta!Check out the attached beta and let me know....changes are in both the Table and CSS screens.
jksmurf Wrote:Yeah "a bit", I'm still a bit of traditionalist though :-).
The original EWA just feels clear, there are more tables and bigger border lines, ...just better DFINED IMO. I get lost tarnsitioning from Season to Recorded to Pending e.g.
The CSS screens are the more modern up-to-code display screens where I will be focusing more of my time. For instance....the CSS screens support the reading of MP3 tags in the Music Library and will display the info simply by hovering your mouse of the music title in the list.
jksmurf Wrote:For CSS:Good to hear you agree the reminder display is better here.
- True the auto-find list is better there..
jksmurf Wrote:That is odd.....the two sets of screens share the same login screen....so you should see no difference there. Login.aspx is the shared screen.
- One oddity is with the default theme, I can't see the text I type at login (You might remember my work resets all cookies).
jksmurf Wrote:Thanks...this was a bug no one reported....it is now working correctly in the attached beta.
- Another oddity is the default was Channel text, so I changed it to icons only (and pressed Submit), but in the TV Guide tab it still shows Text (Channel name) AND the icon, regardless. The old one just shows the icon.
jksmurf Wrote:Icon size is stored in a cookie so it must have gotten hosed in some way.k.
- Another oddity was when i went BACK to the old EWA, the icons were BIG, so I had to change them to 70x60 or so (good size), but of course with no cookies they don't save?
