Twinhan Starbox 7021 channel scan?

The settings are all the same.

i am starting to think that it may be the transponder .ini file, i think its 2690.ini or something.

im currently scanning after making that change to the bin that sub suggested

i am also going to uninstall the driver, reboot then reinstall the driver...

No. It wont matter for scanning.

under the Nimiq1 setting, its scanning 68 transponders (there is about 25 i think)

under Galaxy11 & Nimiq1, 3, its scanning 99 transponders...

i want to see if there is a way to refine the settings in the transponder list, or maybe even make it scan one transponder and troubleshoot the problem from there

You can make a "2692.ini" file in the "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\BDA\DVB-S\" directory, containing the following:

[SATTYPE]
1=2691
2=Nimiq Test Frequency
[DVB]
0=1
1=12618,H,20000,56

You can then set your capture source satellite to "Nimiq Test Frequency" and tweak this last line to whatever you need.

btw, when i go to 'show status' it always says the twinhan is sleeping

Its the FEC rate. Common ones are 34,56,78 (codes for 3/4, 5/6, 7/8).

I reinstalled windows on the new machine to clear the registry.

reinstalled all the drivers, reinstalled gbpvr
Running 1.0.3.4 on the twinhan dvb-s starbox
testing channel scan on,
Transponder: 12618
Polarity: H
Freq:20000
FEC: 5/6

i get signal strength, but no channels show
emunation is not in the folder, still bare...
and the source is sleeping, all the time

im not sure what else to do on this one... any tips would help
