Mounting dvds fails

I see two problems

- each backslash needs to be substituted with two so /mnt/\\bedroompc should be entered as /mnt/\\\\bedroompc

- the mount command from \\\\bedroompc might fail if it can't figure out that name. This would mean you need to use the IP address in GBPVR and in script.cgi.

Just one bit more of information. When I click on telnetd I get the message
"mount bad address 'bedroompc

Would I change all the all three places where bedroompc appears to the IP?
Also where do you change it in GBPVR. The config just lets you browse for the directory and click on it.
I changed all three bedroompc references to the ip of 192.168.0.9 .
Now when I click on telnetd, it gives the following message:
mount mounting \\192.168.0.9
But when I click on my menu item in gbpvr it doesn't do anything

Also where do you change it in GBPVR. The config just lets you browse for the directory and click on it.

You might have to edit it in config.xml. Search for <VideoLibraryDirectory>.

I changed it in the config.xml like you said. When I click on the menu item in GBPVR though it still doesn't do anything.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the GB-PVR logs directory and I'll take a look.

If that doesnt help we might need to look at capturing the output of mvpmcx2 by running it manually from telnet.

Here are the my logs. I hope I did it right because this is my first time ever sending these. I rebooted my gbpvr machine and then on my pch I pulled the plug and then reinserted it. On the pch screen I clicked on telnetd and then loaded gbpvr. Then in the gbpvr menu I went to the video screen and tried to pull up my movie directory. I then zipped the files. Hopefully you can find out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for taking a look!!!

Unfortunately you didnt managed to catch it in logs.

Can you temporarily set the MVP servers back to '1', then reproduce the problem and repost the logs?
