volume control

once the pvrx2 launched I go into music folder to play a song follow by deceasing the volume on the vol button(not the left and right key) on the happauge remote and you can see the volume suddenly shot up to max. I have master volume setting on the config file. I could simulate this everytime

I too can produce this at will. It only happens when config is set to Master Volume (does NOT occur when set to local).

I can use the +/- keys on the numeric keypad, or the +/- on the main keypad or the volume control on the Hauppauge remote.

Attached is log snippet.

• Volume starts out at 6, the minus key is pressed a couple times...
  
• Volume goes down to 0, then jumps to 100.
  
• I press the plus key and it goes back to 0.

I just tried exactly these steps and it definitely doesnt do it for me, but I am on Vista, where I know microsoft implemented th the mixer and audio drivers differently.

I have being running my reoccuring recording for couple of weeks without any issue but after I applied this patch the repetitive recording suppose to take place last night failed to work. In the pending recording there is nothing but when I go to the reoccuring the schedule is there. Could someone reconfirm is it due to this patch or something else. Thanks.

I doubt it is the patch - this file isnt involved in recording. Post the logs and I'll take a look.

the reoccuring recording suppose to start on 27 june (title alive on art center) but it didnt do any recording. Attached please find the log
