WinTV finds all the channels including the HD locals (however it does not appear to try and get the PSIP data as no channel names ever show). In GB-PVR as long as the scan doesn't crash (patch fixes that) it will consistently find all the channels EXCEPT the HD locals (which are on QAM channel 71-74).

Can you try and post the config logs for a scan that doesnt crash, but doesnt find the channels?

The HD local QAM channels that it doesn't find are on channel 71-74 (2 per QAM channel).

Try editing you .\bda\atsc\all.ini file to have:

Code:
[CABTYPE]
1=All Countries
2=All Frequencies

[DVB]
0=1
1=73,0,0

And create a c:\temp directory, and set this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Devnz\LogPsiProcessing=2(DWORD), then redo your scan, and zip and attach the c:\temp\psi.log file. Afterwards, delete the registry key (otherwise you'll have performance problems).

The channel scan will not get past channel 60, ran it twice, looked up both times on 60. Even zipped the log is 8.3MB. You want me to email it to you?

Sorry, in that post above I meant qam.ini not all.ini.

Did the scan (did only 1 channel this time) and it found 3 channels just like it supposed to!?

I still can't upload the log as compressed it is 3.3MB.

Bugger. I was hoping it'd scan the one channel, but not find any channels. Maybe try again incase it was just luck.

Ran the scan a few times on channels 60, 61 and 71 and worked every time (60 is where it was locking up before). Think there is some kind of memory or leak or something causing the scan to stop working after so may channels? Perhaps a full scan and then send you the output? Just tell me how to get it to you...
