Yep, found the bda.ini entries for the HVR-2250. Here they are for anyone who ends up in this thread looking for them:

Among other things, I rather like that the HVR-2250 has a single antenna input - no need for an external splitter.

i'm new at this. i have the 2250 card and sure enough, it will not detect any of my atsc HD channels, analog only...

i see this entry in the post above about editing a bda file? where do i find that and how do i edit it?

any help will be most appreciated.

Open bda.ini in Notepad (do NOT use Wordpad) and past the above entry in it. You should then be able to select it in Config.
