That file looks too bad to try and repair. Have you got all the 1.2.13 ts fixes applied. I summarized a few here but it might be outdated

No, is there some place where I can get all the patches?

Using the links I provided above should be a good start.

Well, the "repaired" file did play fine. The unpatched file played fine too, except for the ability to seek. I'll go ahead and try these patched versions and see if it makes a difference

I've also tried (several times) to run Ts4Np_082.zip, and it throws an exception both with the GUI and command line, so that's out. I've downloaded the 4 patched files - Sub should keep a list of patches somewhere, not just spread all over the forums :p - I am pretty sure some HD programming will be recorded tonight, so I'll let you know what happens.

All the ones I deem important are already listed in the sticky 'survival guide' thread. There are a few other patches posted, but these are just when I want user or two can test them, and they'll be included in the next release for the rest of the users - not so that everyone will install them.

I'm sorry I never realized this before. Do you want me to stop summarizing patches I think are important for mvpmc or mvpmcx2 users?

To be honest, I dont mind, and I'm sure some people have really appreciated you helping them by pointing the patches out. The only reason I mentioned it is because occassionally people ask why their is no master list of patches - there is a list in the survival guide, but these are only the ones I decide are essential.

Thanks for the clarification. The PCH and the MVP aren't forgiving to small glitches in files so I like to eliminate all the small problems fixed in the patches before spending time so it helps me too.

Well, poo. I applied all the patches, and the TS record failed to make a file. So that's an epic fail for that attempt. I liked it better when I got (damaged) TS files.

Gotta get some sleep, will try and post some logs tomorrow. In the meantime, something not good there for US/QAM recordings (note I did all 4 patches)
