JavaWiz Wrote:Ok, here is a version that I think will satisfy your request. Set the target program and arguments in the Settings(2) tab.

Man, that was fast ! Smile

Do you sleep at all, JW ?

There's still something on the wishlist, though...
Current behaviour is as follows:

When choosing Movie Wizard in GB-PVR'S main menu, a DOS-box opens. I can see my server being woken up.
Bad thing about it is that GB-PVR jumps back to the main menu as soon as the DOS-box opens.

It would be really cool if I could tell MW to wait for the wakeup-script to terminate before starting. Is this feasible or maybe already implemented ? Wink

I don't believe this should happen. Zip and post your logs...

I'll see what I can do.

iwan,

Try this version. There are a few more options on the Settings(2) tab to provide functionality you are looking for...

Hey Java, just installed the new version at the weekend and all working fine bar one minor problem. It looks like you've switched back the default scrolling directions on the menus - ie to scroll between category you press up/down rather than left/right (which I prefer).

I think you'd put a switch in at some point to change this, but I can't for the life of me find it now?!

This is controlled via the Keymappings.xml file. I think there are instructions on the wiki and maybe in the readme. If it is still unclear, ping me and I'll provide some instructions.

Awesome, this is exactly what I've been looking for.
Thank you so much, JW !

JavaWiz Wrote:Wiki updated. Thanks for catching that.

I just downloaded today this bit on the wiki is still saying it's v1.0.19.0...

The latest version of the MovieWiz plugin is v1.0.19.0 updated on 09/01/2008.

Download:MovieWiz.zip (2893 downloads) (compatible with GBPVR-PVRX2 1.0.x, 1.1.x, 1.2.x)

I don't know if it's just my setup updating from my client but it seems to have problems finding the images if the name has the numbers on the end like "Class_20080921_20302230.mpg" but if I delete the "_20080921_20302230.mpg" from the end it seems to work better. But even that didn't work for "The Shaggy Dog" today. Also is it possible to get images for TV shows at all?

I assume the client logs are the helpful ones? I will do so next time I'm adding some movies as I was doing heaps of testing on the client yesterday before & after updating MW & adding the movies, could be a while as movies just accumulate slowly until I get round to moving them & adding them to MW.

I had a thought about the TV shows I'm not getting images for this morning when I woke up (funny how the old brain works) they are English mini series if that makes any difference?

If you are using gbpvr config program, then config.exe.log is what I am after, otherwise, if you are running MovieWizManager.exe directly, then MovieWizManager.exe.log file holds the information.

Not sure if that is a problem, it tries to get images from imdb, yahoo, tvguide, epguide and imdb. If you can manually find the images (based on words in the filename), MovieWizMgr should be able to also. If you have examples where it does not work, post the full filename, and I will take a look.
