okay.

One other thought, I only have one definiton but two cards. I will try creating a second definition like you did and see if there is a difference. If not I will try a scan and attach logs.

On the second tuner the device number is wrong. It should be #1.

Both tuners should be set to #1? I currently have the second tuner set as #1 and the first tuner set as #2. I will redo the device order as I did them backwards and this may be confusing.

I know its confusing, but in this case the manufacturer has changed the driver name for each instance of the driver, which means the each tuner is the first instance of that driver name. ...yes, both should be #1.

That log shows it's still set to device #2.

Its now finding the device, but its refusing to allow the tuner and capture filters to connect.

Maybe the device is in use elsewere in the system?

I have the Fusion software uninstalled and am installing only the drivers. If I uninstall and install the old style drivers..no problem. I was using device 1 and 2 then but that may have nothing to do with it.
