Here's the deal, I'm working with Romancing the Stone. The comskip file is great, I watched it through GBPVR (the mpg version) and it skipped commercials, but not chunks of the movie. So, it was fine.

The full MPG, w/ commercials, is 2:33

If I run Transcode Queue, it cuts out part to make it 53 minutes long.

If I run the queue line from the command prompt, I get the full mpg converted with commercials included!

If this is you, what steps would you take to diagnose the problem?

I'll post my statick script here too.
