Hmm, put the new dll in place, and now I don't have MovieWiz in my plug-ins list. . .

There are 2 DLLs.

1) WizWebHelper.DLL belongs in gbpvr/plugins/common
2) MovieWiz.DLL belongs in gbpvr/plugins/MovieWiz

Make sure those are the ONLY copies of those DLLs. Run the pvrx2 config, and make sure that MovieWiz is selected on the plugins tab.

Run PVRX2, it should show up. If not, zip and post your config.exe.log and pvrx2.exe.log.

I double checked that i only had one of the dlls (the old ones are there, but renamed moviewiz.old and wizwebhelper.old

Looks like ML2Panel and MovieWiz are having problems. ML2 seems to be missing a Interfaces.DLL. I think MovieWiz is having problems finding the supporting DLLs.

What OS are you running? I've seen problems similar to this on Vista. It's something about a 'shadow cache' found under your profile. (c:\users\<your account\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files\devnz)

If all else fails, delete ML2 and MovieWiz under plugins. Reinstall 1 at a time, insuring each works before installing the next.

I'm running XP SP3 (haven't tried it on the vista machine)

OK, i uninstalled and moved the 2 plugins. Moved the Movie Wiz folder to the desktop so my db3 is intact. Re-installed the plugin, put the db3 file back. It runs fine

Then I put the new webhelper dll in. That worked.

Then I put the new moviewiz.dll in, and that broke it.

I did not re-install MLPanel.

Get the latest versions of the WizDLLs from here. I think they should fix your problem, looks like an mis-matched version of WizUiHelper.DLL.
