I have no idea what kind of tuner your laptop has, but I doubt it will be a DVB-C tuner, so no digital TV from Ziggo on your laptop. Analog tv tuners need a hardware mpeg encoder to work in GBPVR. Maybe you can do some more research about this tuner and share your findings with us?

The Tv-tuner is the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T PCI, so I guess it doen't have DVB-C.

Mr.Sheik can you please tell me what are the hardware that's needed to get the channels working in the easiest way?

I don't think you have a PCI card in your laptop, but it probably is a DVB-T card, so that should work with Digitenne. Nederland 1 - 3 are free to air, so you could receive those. Of course I don't know if it's supported by GBPVR.
I don't know what a good DVB-C card for a laptop would be, everything I have is for a desktop. It will probably be some USB device, but you need a card reader too. If you really want to go digital with Ziggo just read the Zepman's blog on tweakers, I can't tell you more than what's in there.
