I was able to reproduce the problem. Here is the list of the Recordings that failed:

Mi Pecado 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Sports Central 10:45pm - 11:00pm
Contacto Deportivo 11:00pm - 11:30pm

I look at a couple of those recordings, but there is no sign of any obvious errors. It indicated it locked onto a signal, but seems like the device failed to deliver any data.

Do recordings on those specific channels ever succeed?

No. It seems to always be those same channels. How can I check to see which device is the one that failing to deliver the data? . Or can I change what tuner does the recording?

I'm guessing the broadcaster has maybe changed pids or service identifer since the time you scanned. It might be worth rescanning and remapping those channels.

That's the first thing I thought of. But I just did that yesterday. Maybe I didn't do it right? I removed all the tuners in Config> Capture Sources. I emptied the EPG then deleted the cache folder. I then added the tuners again. I used different names just in case.

Maybe try renaming your gbpvr.db3 file to 'gbpvr.old' and run the config app to recreate it, then recreate you capture sources.

Are you in USA?

Yes I am. Los Angeles, California. The weird thing is that I can tune in to those channels with no problems. I'll rename gbpvr.db3 and recreate the sources.
