Was wondering also, do any of these have browser capabilities?
Win XP Pro SP 2
ASUS P5k-PRO Dual Core 3.0 GHZ with 4GB RAM
1 Seagate 150 GB SATA HD
1 Seagate 1TB SATA HD
1 Seagate 750 GB SATA HD
1 Hauppauge PVR500MCE
2 MVP (2 Wired / 1 Wireless via 2 Linksys WRT54G routers)
1 dead MVP (searching for replacement)

Just to be clear. Do the Popcorn Hour devices provide the same UI/delete (very important) functionality that the MVP does in a new HD package? Since learning that the MVP is an unsupprted technology, I'd like to find out what works best, and is easiet to use for my wife.

Thanks in advance.

The UI is the same. It does everything the MVP does, and adds a lot more; it's faster, plays HD and you can even play DVD images, and populair compressed video formats (however these type of files are played with the native PCH players, but you start them from the gbpvr/npvr UI).

Thanks. I, well others in the house, need the UI out of familiarity. It sounds like the Popcorn Hour device is the way to go.

You may be interested in this link http://www.popcornhour.com/onlinestore/i...urbished_1 for refurbished A110's that are in stock again now after being unavailable for a number of weeks just when I went to order one for my brother.
