Yeah, at first it seemed like a reasonable supposition, but it's impossible to tell since the second instance of NextPVR.exe doesn't write to the log file. I'm reasonably sure no additional instances of NextPVR have been launched today, but I can't be absolutely sure. My wife's Daytime Emmy show is being recorded (and watched) right now, and it does show it's status as "Recording" in Pending, so it looks like that one is going ok.
I think what I'll do for now is unbind the green button on the remote so there's no chance of someone accidentally launching another copy of NextPVR, just to make sure that's not the issue. If there's no resolution in a few days I may have to just give in to my wife's demands and go back to GB-PVR for awhile.
